Six in a row. It all started with a classic Brexit Porter and pure fun. Next one to follow - the good old Triple, strong in alcohol and totally different. More cool flavors to come - stay tuned!

4BROS Summer Edition ’23

This recipe is based on our Flavorhop wheat with

Hüll Melon hops. For a really nice red summer beer,

with a great raspberry scent and light fruit acidity.

Our sparkling SummerTime23 with a lot of taste and few revolutions! With an exciting hop impact from the citrusy Amarillo and the noble Saazer.notes.

Flavorhop Wheat

Fruity and authentic Bavarian wheat beer, with a bit more fruitiness than usual.

 

The new German "special flavor hops" - these are the new breeds from the hop research center in Hüll - are made for a wheat beer. We think the Hüll Melon fits particularly well. In this recipe, he brings his fruity aroma nuances in a balanced way and not too superficially.

 

Mashing takes place in 3 stages (including the protein stage). There are 2 hops that are already weighed and packaged. We recommend the proven dry yeast Danstar Munich Classic, which has a multi-layered fruity aroma profile. Derived from a well-known German wheat beer yeast strain, it is known for the typical “banana” ester and phenolic clove notes.

Brexit Porter

Balanced, aromatic porter based on the British model. With complex aromas of caramel, cocoa and coffee.
 

This beer is a typical representative of the British Brown Porter. In the glass in dark mahogany and with beige foam. The smell is full of chocolate, and really nice and malty on the taste. In the finish you can find sweet caramel notes, fine tart chocolate and hints of more strongly roasted coffee.


The malt mixture consists of British Maris Otter Pale Ale malt as a base, and three original British specialty malts: Brown Malt - a light brown roasted malt with mild coffee and biscuit notes; Crystal Malt - similar to a caramel malt, with toffee-like, nutty flavors; Chocolate Malt - a deep brown roasted malt with strong cocoa and coffee aromas.

The hops are subtle, with two doses of East Kent Goldings hops, and a British ale yeast is used in the fermentation. Aging time: 10 weeks

X-MAS Triple

Our Belgium Tripel brings you to a strong Belgian beer. The high alcohol content makes it a real pleasure beer that is ideal for special occasions. For a celebratory meal, to celebrate the day or when you want to treat yourself to something, it is always good to have a Belgian triple ready.

California Common

This hybrid between top and bottom fermentation lives from a special lager yeast. It ferments at higher temperatures and has a great lager character!
 

Subtle malt aromas from dark caramel malt and biscuit malt, and a finely balanced hop aroma from the Northern Brewer give this beer its unique taste. The Northern Brewer with its woody / herbaceous aroma is typical of this style of beer.

I.P.A. SIMCOE

Characterized by the aroma of Simcoe, which brings in unique resinous and strong tropical aromas. The body is full-bodied and malty, with some caramel malt, barley flakes and sour malt. The dry hopping with 60% Simcoe and 40% Cascade as well as the English yeast finalize this beer to a super fruity, characterful I.P.A..

MANGO NEIPA

A hazy IPA bursting with tropical fruit flavours and juicy hops, brewed using real mango pulp. Unfiltered and unpasteurised for a more robust and natural flavour. Heaps of tropical fruit flavours from a hefty dose of aroma hops and real mango pulp.
